This is a very honest and relatable post. I too, have a problem with wanting to reach a new destination, only to get the urge to run away shortly after. Since this has occurred several times, I realize it’s not a place or person that makes me feel this way; it’s me. It’s an ongoing process and I don’t know that it will ever be “fixed,” but being aware of it helps me to stay put.

Thank you for reading 🙂 Yes, I am constantly working on not trying to arrive at some destination, but rather be still and calm within myself.

Same! I had a lot of anger issues and issues with being intimate with people. This book teaches me not to be afraid of what is. I absolutely love this book and wish I would’ve explored this and his teachings sooner.
